1. Using our store

Use the store lawfully and provide accurate information when contacting us or placing an order. You must be legally able to enter into a purchase contract, or act with appropriate authorization. Although our collection includes children's toys, checkout and account activities are intended for adults.

Do not use the website to transmit malicious code, interfere with its operation, access another person's information without permission or submit fraudulent orders. We may restrict misuse where necessary to protect customers and the store.

2. Product information

Product pages describe the play theme, illustrated design, use ideas and general care considerations. Check the actual product's manufacturer instructions, recommended age, included components and warnings before use. If a detail is important to your purchase, contact service@clothunder.com before ordering.

Colors may vary with screen settings and lighting. Product imagery is illustrative, and background props are not included unless expressly stated. We do not make unlisted claims about certifications, specific material composition or developmental outcomes. Nothing in this section removes your rights if goods do not match the description applicable to your purchase.

3. Prices, currency & payment

Store prices are displayed in US dollars (USD). Available payment methods and the total amount, including shipping and any taxes collected by us, are shown at checkout before payment. Your bank or payment provider may charge conversion fees if your payment account uses a different currency.

Prices or offers can change before an order is placed. If an obvious pricing or information error affects your order, we will contact you to explain the issue and available options rather than charge an unexpected corrected amount without your agreement.

4. Orders & availability

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. Fulfillment is subject to payment authorization, product availability and the ability to deliver to the address supplied. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate resolution, including a refund for an unfulfilled purchase where required.

Keep your order confirmation and provide an email address you can access. We may contact you if additional information is needed. Never share a password, full card number or one-time verification code in an email to our team.

5. Changes & cancellations

Email us within 12 hours of purchase if you need to request cancellation or correct an address. We will check the order's processing stage and explain what is possible. A change or cancellation may no longer be possible once preparation or dispatch has begun.

6. Delivery

Our Shipping Policy explains supported destinations, charges, preparation and estimated transit times. Preparation normally takes 5–10 business days; US standard transit is estimated at 10–15 additional business days after dispatch. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Check your delivery information carefully. Contact us if a parcel is delayed, damaged or missing so we can investigate the circumstances and discuss an appropriate remedy. We do not exclude obligations that apply under consumer law.

7. Returns & refunds

Our Return Policy provides a 30-day request window from delivery for eligible returns. Contact us for authorization before sending an item. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; provider processing times can vary.

Conditions for discretionary change-of-mind returns do not restrict legal remedies for faulty, incorrect or misdescribed goods.

8. Safe play & care

Adults should read all supplied warnings, inspect the toy and supervise as appropriate. Keep unsuitable small parts and magnetic components away from children who may swallow them. Stop using damaged items. Beach toys are not flotation or lifesaving devices, and direct supervision is essential near water.

Follow the manufacturer's cleaning and storage instructions. Play suggestions on the website are optional ideas and should stay within the product's intended use.

9. Website content & third-party services

Website text, branding, layouts and imagery may be protected by intellectual property rights. You may use the site for ordinary browsing and shopping, but commercial reproduction of its content requires appropriate permission.

Our store is hosted on Shopify and uses services needed for payment and delivery. External links or services may have their own terms and privacy practices. Review them when using those services.

10. Privacy

11. Responsibility & consumer rights

We aim to maintain accurate and accessible store information, but occasional interruptions or errors may occur. Contact us if something appears incorrect. No part of these terms excludes liability or limits a remedy where doing so would be unlawful.

Any applicable mandatory consumer protections take precedence over conflicting wording in these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes may be brought before the competent courts in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China, subject to any mandatory consumer laws and jurisdiction rights that apply where you live. We do not require you to waive non-waivable rights.

12. Changes & contact

We may update these terms as the store changes. The updated date appears above. Changes apply prospectively and do not remove rights associated with an existing order.
